~Seasonal items may incur an additional charge or may be substituted if unavailable for time of delivery.

~If fresh flowers are requested, they must be treated in a manner to make them safe to put on and in the cake.  under no circumstances will sweet lou's allow an outside party to do this or client will assume all liability in the event there is an illness.  If flowers are provided by an outside source, we will arrange up to 25 stems for no additional charge.  $1/each additional stem. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt or other contaminants.

~On occasion, we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
